appointments in an organized fashion. In order to maintain a flexible
schedule and for your convenience, we have office hours from Monday -
Friday. Naturally, if you require one of the more popular time slots,
you may have to wait a little longer to be seen. Our schedule is
designed so that our patients can have convenient access to our services
while allowing us to spend time with our families.
We offer a wide variety of payment options in order to make it easy for you to receive the quality of care you need in a way that fits your budget. These options include up to 12-months of interest-free financing for those who qualify.

Due to constantly changing insurance regulations,
benefits, and deductibles, we are only able to approximate your
insurance balance. We stand ready to assist you in obtaining the maximum
benefit from your insurance coverage. We will always be your advocate
when dealing with the insurance company. However, please remember that
we have no control over the quality or extent of your coverage. If your
employer has purchased a good policy, then you will have good coverage.
If your employer purchased a lesser policy, then you will probably have
limited coverage and will need to pay a higher out-of-pocket amount.
Also, your needs may be different from what the policy covers.
Ultimately, our goal is to provide you with the best of care regardless

Some important points about dental insurance:
- Our treatment recommendations and fees are based on your needs, not what your insurance may or may not provide for.
- Some insurance companies will use confusing
language, such as “usual and customary fees,” to define what they will
pay for. These reasons are typically based on the quality of policy you
have but have nothing to do with usual nor customary.
- As a courtesy to our patients with medical and/or
dental benefit plans, we will submit necessary claim forms, receipts,
and other information to your insurance company to make sure you are
reimbursed as promptly as possible.
- Although we will gladly file your claim on your
behalf, you may wish to submit the claim yourself. In general, insurers
process claims filed directly by patients faster than those filed by the
service providers (dental offices).
If you have a problem that cannot wait, we stand
