Parking
We have validated parking for our patients. The Legacy parking structure is attached to the professional building and is connected through the third floor. The entrance is located on Sheffield just south of North Avenue. Once you park in our indoor lot you simply go to the third floor and follow directions to the professional building. Walk down the hall past Fitness Formula Club to the elevators. Take the elevators to the seventh floor. Our office is located immediately as you exit the elevators on the seventh floor.Public Transportation
The office is easily accessible by train or bus:- Train: North/Clybourn is a stop for the Red Line train. Walk two blocks west to our office.
- Bus: North Ave. bus number 72. Exit at Sheffield. Halsted bus number 8 exit at North Ave. Walk three blocks west or take the North Ave. bus.
